The Red Arrows and Typhoon flyover - RAF’s 90th anniversary

With smoke trails of red, white and blue, the formation of Red Arrows and Typhoon jets flew over London for the RAF’s 90th anniversary. We had a great view since our office is just near Tower Bridge, they flew directly overhead at 1pm, its days like these that make living in London worthwhile.

RAF Museum

The Royal Air Force Museum (RAF Museum) is a museum dedicated to the history of aviation, and the British Royal Air Force in particular. We decided to make our way out here before we headed to a BBQ at one of Melissa's friends places. It has to be one of the best museums I have ever visited, I would probably rate it even higher then the Imperial War museum.

Some of my favourte planes included the German dive bomber called the Stuka (the only one in Europe) and the Lancaster bomber.
