London

We arrived in London at 5 pm on Monday evening, after Mel was finally allowed through customs we jumped on the train and headed to Kombi`s. Trying to carry 60 kg of lugage through peak hour on the tubes was hell but we mae it to Clapham eventually. Kombi met us at the station and we then walked back to his place for a BBQ and some Fosters. We met up with Scotty that night and headed to the local which was called the George.

The next day we did the sightseeing tour of London walking the whole way from one side to the other. We also made the mistake of thinking we didnt need to put on sunscreen, its London! Anyway we both ended up with red faces at the end of the day.

After the site seeing tour we meet up with Scotty and Max at one of their locals called the slug. We had a fair few snakebites (Beer and Cider mixed with a touch of red cordial) and got one of the last tubes home. Today we are having a rest day and preparing for Paris tomorrow.
